Please note that unless you have spoken to us first, availability may vary. Your request may be completed by more than 1 engineer depending on workload, and may be delayed by other work in progress.

If you have already spoken to us and have something straightforward which can be done in 30 minutes or less.
Usually as part of our management services, we will configure your operating system and services to roughly suit the hardware specification and typical workloads. If you are running a particuarly high traffic website or want the best performance possible, a more in-depth look can be taken at improving your servers performance.
To do this properly we need to monitor your server for a number hours while making changes, which is reflected in the price. This is also subject to availability, as it is completed by one of our senior engineers.
If you run a hosting company, you know that customers expect 24x7 support. We can help you achieve that by using our engineers to work directly with your customers, on your heldpesk.
If your helpdesk is particuarly busy, we can assign dedicated engineers to work for you (at additional cost). These engineers would work alongside our own with access to all our team's experience.
