Q. Where are your staff located?
A. Our management team is based in the UK, and we have technical talent in both the UK and India.
Q. What certifications do you have?
A. We have RedHat, Linux Foundation and AWS certifications within our team, however the real measure is experience.
Q. Can you provide bulk discounts?
A. If you need us to manage multiple servers, we are happy to discuss bulk discounts - especially if the servers are similar in specification/configuration as this makes supporting it much easier for us.
Q. Do you have a phone number?
A. We do not provide telephone sales or support at this time.
Q. Do you have a money-back guarantee?
A. Usually we do not offer refunds for any completed work, because time is non-refundable. In the rare occasion that you hire us and we are unable to complete the work in reasonable time, we will refund you. This is however at the discretion of our management team.
Q. Are you VAT registered?
A. We are not a VAT registered business, therefore our prices are exclusive of VAT and we cannot provide VAT reciepts.
Q. What is your policy on PayPal chargebacks / payment reversals?
A. If you have active services with us and we receive a chargeback, or payment reveral all services will be placed on hold with immediate affect. We will be unable to provide any support until the issue is resolved.
